Estonian Food

There are many types of food in Estonia. There is Leib, which is black bread. Estonians love their bread, infacts some Estonians refer to meat only as "Something to go with the Bread." Another famous Estonian Food is Kartulid. This is Estonia for potatoes. They are part of all genuine Estonian meals. Kotlet is a hamburgar patty with onions. Verivorst is blood sausage. Sult/ jellied meat is pigs feet. Kohupilm is cottage cheese- like, used in cakes and pastries. Kringel is sweet German style bread, knotted and sprinkled with nuts and raisins.
